Coaching which is tailored around your needs, skill base and current areas of development. This begins with an initial 30 minute meet and greet to ascertain the starting points of your journey in becoming an empowered, supported and confident leader.
From support staff to middle leaders and senior teachers, including Executive Headteachers.
